Loved the pictures, Jx. Quite a few favorites of mine.
You are doing VERY well. The time it takes sounds right. I sometimes spend two plus hours with a picspam. Depends on how many pictures, and how much comment, but it does take time, and that does not include the time lightening and tweaking them.
Edit: I noticed that these do not get any bigger when clicked on. Are you using a different host?

I don't think Firefox had anything to do with the size. You have to download the original size in order for it to get larger. You know, the little spot you click that says *all sizes* and then you choose? Then, when you post it, it is printed smaller, but it can be clicked on to become the size you chose.

When you go to Flickr, and choose the picture you want, and click on it, the picture comes up, and right above it, in faded print is a line that says: add note-send to group-add to set-blog this-all sizes-etc.
When you click on all sizes, the picture comes up again, and in bolder print, gives you the choice of: square-thumbnail-small-medium-ORIGINAL.
Then you click on ORIGINAL, and it will show you the size it will enlarge to later.
Then you download, or select url, or html.

It has taken you an hour to do an LJ cut? Or it took you an hour to upload the pics and stuff? If it is the former, I have an handy dandy, very easy way to make doing an LJ cut easier. Let me know if you want to do it. (It requires using mozilla browser and downloading a mozilla enhancement, but then lj-cutting is as easy as a right click of the mouse.)

Oh, I'll finish that story one day. I wish I could say when. I have felt so uninspired since my grandfather died in May. I have no idea why, but I don't even have the craving to write that I normally do. I'm trying not to feel freaked out about that. I've got 6 mos or more without writing before and it always comes back to me. I know it will return. :) I'm honored that you are still so interested in it! Thank you!
