Well I'm Back, with Lots of News,,

Hello Everyone,

Great news I have my PC back, up & running beautifully, never lost a thing, not one Gale pic or icon, I could kiss the guy, I was very lucky, IF my kids touch my PC again, I'll kill them :).

Off to see Ms Celine Dion tonight, live in concert, she had to postpone a week ago, she had a very bad throat infection, so we're looking forward to tonight, I'll probably cry, so what's new, I can hear you all say, I've waited many years to see her, I'm going to enjoy every moment.

Have a few health issues as well :( I have "tennis elbow" like WTF, no wonder with all the ironing I do, Paris told her Dad, "Mum needs a cleaner & an Ironing lady" :) God bless her & I also have tendinitis in my left Achilles' heel, it's agony, flared up about 2 weeks ago, but now I have trouble walking long distances, NOT good if you love shopping (especially in NYC lol) so I have to go for X-rays & have those nasty injections *I'm so afraid*, probably all next week, shit getting old sucks!!! big time.

I promise Ill post in the qaf_health_club ASAP, with no internet it would of been hard to reply to posts, we need to kick-start the place, with Winter & Summer coming along, we may need it.

Well love to you, please I'd love to hear from you all, have been reading some great fic, I so miss Gale, I need it to keep going, I wonder if he's ever going to come back, it's a mystery,,have a great weekend, *waves* SPxx

As a Personal Trainer I recommend soaking your legs up to your calves in Epsom Salts better know as Magnesium Salfate. It can be absorbed into the skin, reducing inflammation.

It seems like it's always one foot problem after another with you. I remember when you first came to LJ you were layed up, then your swollen foot, now this. Poor you! Getting older does suck *pets*

Achilles heels

I had tendonitis in my right Achilles tendon. At its worst, I couldn't walk the two blocks to go out to dinner. That's when my husband said I HAD to stop complaining and see an orthopedist. I go to the hospital at the University of Pennsylvania, and I saw a Dr. Okerike. I had an MRI of my foot first, and Okerike said that the tendon was ripped. No shots. He told me to put lifts in my shoes to shorten the tendon and to rest the foot as much as possible, with it elevated whenever possible. I couldn't stay off it completely, but for six months I took the bus to work instead of walking the 2.5 miles. I cut back as much of the rest of my walking as I could, and I put my feet up on the couch when I watched TV or read.

Once it felt normal, I increased my walking bit by bit, and I've never had the problem again. It must be ten years now. So do what you have to to get better now, and you'll be fine. FanSee

your computer is back and you didn't lose anything! way to go....i wasn't that lucky. sorry to hear about your aches and pains...i had active tennis elbow for 18 months when i was an avid tennis player. i chose to take some tennis lessons and play through it. it hurt whether i played or not...so i thought, i may as well play. i improved my strokes and it went away. now when it comes to ironing...i have no idea how to improve your method to help your elbow! i vote with paris, you need help!!

i hope celine was all you hoped it would be.

You are so right getting old sucks bigtime.Hope the dreaded injections work, don't envy you, I hate needles with a passion. Amazing tech you must have there, not one thing lost, such great news.
