I Always Wanted a Daughter,,,I've Changed My Mind!!!!

So who told you that all little girls were "Princess's", I had the day from hell with mine, WHY? because I had to take her to get school shoes fitted for when she starts big school in 3 weeks time & because it's a private school they have a very strict code for school uniform & black leather lace-ups are what they have to wear & boy did Miss Paris hate them. She cried for 2 hours :) told everyone how ugly they were & that she'd sooner be on detention than wear them, so guys be thinking of me on 30th Jan, that's her 1st day of school, why did I have another child at 39, I'm seriously too OLD for this shit :) so glad she's cute, I could of killer her, BTW she looks so adorable in her school uniform, I'll take some pics, her brothers will all be there for the 1st day, even the 20 & 18 year olds, she is truly a "drama Queen" God help me!!!

Agh and this is just the start of all the fun!
She will be OK when she sees all the other girls wearing them (maybe).
It is very sweet that all her brothers will be there for her 1st day - how thoughtful, but then you wonder why she is a "drama queen" maybe because she is the CENTRE of attention?? They can get away with soooooooo much when they are cute/pretty (I know this from experience) *grimaces*

Good luck on the 30th, but I will be in a hell of my own making on that day - I will already be back and into it!

We have the same icon, isn't it just beautiful of him, I can't stop looking at it, the quality is amazing, like a painting,,back to Miss P, yes we all love her & she is the baby, she had the worst nightmare last night, really bad, she was crying, screaming, couldnt wake her, I hope it wasn;t about the shoes :) poor little thing, shes better today, still hates the shoes, but we'll get there, can you imagine the boys & Mr SP they will all be crying & I'll be flying the banner "finally NO kids at home"..later,J.xx

Having attend Catholic school for the first 9 years of my life I know first hand HOW FUGLY school uniforms & SHOES can be!
Our color was MAROON!
So were our lace up oxford shoes!!!!!
They were HORRIBLE!
What made it worse was I was a fat child .....with A WIDE FOOT!
So my parents had to go to THAT STORE where they made THOSE SPECIAL SHOES for the not NORMAL children! The retard shoes.

I remembering crying to my mother that they were ugly AND i WASN'T GOING TO WEAR THEM!!!

My mother calmly said to me "If you DON'T wear these shoes you will get in trouble with the Nuns!"

Now! The Nuns at my school scared the Jesus of out me....with their black habits covering everything but their faces!
I was 5 for gawd sake!!
They looked like monsters to me and just the THOUGHT of one of those Nuns coming after me SHUT ME UP QUICKLY!!
LOL! Little did my mother know she was traumatizing me!

So don't be so hard on Miss Paris!
It's rather hard to be a Diva and fabulous with fugly lace up school shoes on!

Someone always told me when you have little kids you have little problems, and when you have big kids, you have big problems. Take it from me, my daughter is 19 years old, and this will seem like nothing when your daughter becomes a teen. In my opinion, girls are much more difficult to raise. My son doesn't give me half the trouble my daughter does.
