Just thought I'd remind you all that QaF S1 is back on our tv screens again,,Yeah!!!! on Monday 13th November at 1.00am. Crappy time, but if your usually up like me LOL, why not kill an hour with B/J & the gang. No news yet on Vanished, hopefully it'll get cancelled in the US & Channel 7 wont get to show it, lets hope it dies like our darling Gale did, "Assholes"LOL, can you tell I'm a tad pissed off, well hope everyone is doing well, take care hugs & *waves* to you all.

Really??? Is it bad that I'm kinda excited about that? I'm never up at that hour but you know I'm gonna have to tape it 'cause I don't have s1 on tape and I've always loved that "missing" scene between Brian and Mikey in 102(?). Thanks for the heads up!

Hey, yeah I atually fly to NY 8 weeks "today", OMFG I'm so excited, I just can't wait to see him. What missing scene in 102 between B/M are you talking about? I did'nt know about that. Yes It'll be great to have QaF back on the TV, just to see Brian ask Justin "had a busy night?',,like Guh!!!! how friggin gorgeous does he look in that scene, I was gone the moment I saw him LOL. See? That's how long it's been since I've watched it - I can't even remember if it's actually 102. It's not really a missing scene, it's just not on the dvds. It was cut when the 101 and 102 were shown together to save on time but it's included when they show the eps as standalones. SBS has always shown it so I never even knew it was missing at first!
It's that scene where Brian takes off from Woody's and Michael goes after him. They're having a conversation in the middle of the sidewalk and Brian's going on about how everyone is making things his responsibility and his only responsibility is to himself. I think I must be the only person to like the bit they cut from that scene. I've read that others think it's OOC for Brian but I think it's perfectly in character for him.

I wish they'd repeat QaF starting from S1 in the US on a channel that doesn't cut it to pieces. I don't watch it on LOGO because it doesn't make sense. :/

Hey, they show Qaf here on "free to air tv" with NO deleted scenes, were very lucky. It's on late though, but thats ok I'm always up anyway. How can they show QaF on Logo in the States and cut out the scenes? you'd never be able to follow the storyline, plus you'd miss all our darling boys hot, sexy, naked scenes, not worth watching, you might as well watch your DVD's. No news yet on Vanished, hopefully it'll get cancelled in the US & Channel 7 wont get to show it

Word is that Fox will allow Vanished to resolve its main plot line in 13 episodes. However, unless there is a major ratings boost within the next few weeks, that will be it. Not exactly cancellation, but close. Not sure how your TV people make decisions on what to show so it may still never make it to your TV screens. As you’ve observed, this would be no great loss.

Hi Ellen, no I did'nt make my beautiful LJ header, the lovely Stephmck made it for me. I told her what I wanted & I chose the pics, which by the way was very difficult as I soooo LOVE 122 The Prom LOL, & then she put it all together for me. I spend at least 10 mins each day just looking at it, sigh!!!! how beautiful do they look & that kiss by the jeep always takes my breath away, after all Brian did fall in love with Justin that night, I must of watched 122 6893849 times, I NEVER tire of it, the most romantic thing I've ever seen, nothing else even comes close. Not long now till we see him, is it the 5th or 6th your going? we'll have to make plans to meet up at the end of Dec, I leave Australia on the 3rd, 8 weeks today, Squeeeeee!!!! I spend at least 10 mins each day just looking at it LOL, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve clicked over to your LJ just to stare at your banner. The kiss in the parking garage is one of my favorites. And I agree with you – that’s when Brian fell in love with Justin – whether he admitted it to himself or not!

Oh, and it’s the 6th that I’m going – Saturday night. I can’t tell you how much I’m looking forward to it. And yes, we’ll chat before then so we can meet up. I really, really, really want to gush about Gale’s performance right after seeing him. If I can still form complete sentences at that point!

Well, bugger me, there's a lost scene in 102? Dang it all, I won't be here to watch it. Poot.
It will be nice to see QAF on a proper TV screen in high quality. Clear picture boy love, who could ask for anything more?
I kinda hope that channel 7 do pick it up; it will be over before you know it and we'll not miss out on seeing GH. You know, from the episode stills I've seen, he must be the only person in existance who could almost pull off a polyester suit. LOL

Yeah if Channel 7 does pick it up at least we'll have 7 episodes of Gale, although after what Fox did to him, I swore I'd never watch another Fox production again. I hope it dies a slow death LOL, I just so loved having Gale back on out tv screens each week, Oh well at least we have QaF on SBS, even though it's on at friggin 1.00am in the morning. Maybe of we all ring SBS & complain they might put it back to it's 10.00pm time slot. I will be in NY from the 3rd to the 13th Jan, my first night of SLS is Jan5th, it can't come soon enough for me, I have this awful feeling that he wont be there that night, if that happened I would probably start crying & scream the theatre down. Thats why I'm going 4 times, he's gotta be there for one of them. Hows the packing going for your trip, don't forget "WARM" clothes, have an amazing time, wish it was me,Hugs Jackie

You also have a great collection of user pics. As I said in my bio, my friends just don't get my Gale obsession. That scene from 105, is one of my favorites! I used to watch QAF with my landlord who loved Randy almost as much as I love Gale but really didn't seem to feel the need to discuss the line of Gale's jaw (or his ass) for hours on end. I'm single, no kids, too old to be this crazy, live in Los Angeles & teach yoga seven days a week.

Hey I'm kinda new to, have been on LJ for about 7mths & like you sometimes I think I've posted something in the wrong place, but it's not the end of the world, you just might piss a few people off. I never had even been on a computer before I found Gale & QaF, even though I came into the fandom late I'm so glad I did, I am completely to old & too obsessed with Gale Harold, it worries me at times, I love everything about him, I'm coming to NY for Christs sake & going to the play 4 times, on the 5th Jan my first time seeing him my mother (shes a mad fan to) & I have front row seats, & honestly when he walks out, I don't know what I'll do LOL. Do you read the fanfic? if so who do you read. Thats how I found the LJ & all the sites I belong to. If you want me to recc some fics let me know, post513 fics kept me alive, I soooooo HATED the ending, cried for days, & I stillcan't watch it, to depressing, watching Brian's face when Justin leaves is so much pain, just kills me. You need to come here & teach me some "yoga" it might help me with my obsession, but we're all in the same boat, he is the most gorgeous man on the planet & we can't all be wrong. What part of States are you from? are you going to the play, there's lotsfrom the LJ going, we're all meeting up the weekend of the 5th,6th & 7th, I can't wait. Plus all that "shopping" in NY, my husband will KILL me when I get home, but after 21yrs of marriage I might be able to get away with it hehe.
