Just an Update,,RL Stuff..

Hi Guys,

Just had the most busiest of weeks, & my hubbie had surgery early this morning, so he'll be out of action for a few weeks (he had both knees operated on) he can;t drive for at least 2-3 weeks, so it looks like I'll be Mums Taxi for awhile.

As some of you know, my son Ryan turns 21 on Monday, god the time has flown bye, & I'm having a little surprise party for him on Monday night, so Ive been out all morning organising that. He didn;t want a 21st, he had a huge 18th, he's going to the races (horse racing) with all his mates next weekend, but I couldn't do nothing for his Bday, you only turn 21 once you know :)

So hopefully I'll pop on line as much as I can next week, Ive been trying to read in the evenings, I'm just to tired to keep my eyes open. Thats why I haven't posted any pics, & I'm waiting for some new caps from dear ankaree I promise Ill post some soon.

Only 16 weeks until I arrive in NYC, I hope I'm alive to enjoy it, I reckon I'll get on that plane & sleep for 20 hours straight, take 2 Zanax & wake me up in LA.

Congratulations to my wonderful friend mickiebg who sold her 2nd book this week, you deserve every happiness, & I'm so proud of you, you've come along way from "Trouble" *smiles*

Well Im off to the school, pick up the kids & go visit their Dad in hospital, have sport all weekend, & oh yes I actually start selling my jewellery next month, IF I have the time of course lol, why do I do this to myself,,aghhh yes, more spending money for NY,,later Jxx

Well you've sure got a lot going on!!
Of course you have to do something for Ryan's 21st birthday!!! I vaguely remember when I turned 21 all those years ago! lol!!!
I hope the hubby is okay and has a fast recovery. So...you're the taxi huh?? wanna come drive me to work in about 7 hours??? lol!!!
Which means once again I need to get my ass in bed!

Hope your husband is doing well. He'll feel a lot better walking on his new knees but the recovery from the surgery is painful from what I hear.
And, yes, absolutely - turning 21 can't come and go without some celebrating.

Thank you for the good wishes! You are a sweeheart for even mentioning me what will all that's going on in your life right now. I had no idea your hubby was about to have surgery. I hope you stocked up on some good DVD's for him to watch or he'll drive you batty with the requests to keep him entertained. There's nothing worse than a sick man, lol!

Congratulations on Ryan's b-day. Can you believe you have a 21 year old? You're not getting older Jackie, it's everyone else around you:)

I have no idea what's going on with your husband - I'm seriously out of the loop here - but my thoughts and love are with you both. I'm sorry to be so behind the curve here.

Congratulations to you and your son! A milestone for you both. I'll keep the surprise under my hat. Mum's the word.

Good luck with mouse patrol! We never caught ours, but he eventually moved on - maybe yours will too!

First of all, I hope your hubby is gonna be alright and recover really soon! :) I'm keeping fingers crossed for that.

Throwing a b-day party for your son... that should be fun. I hope he'll like it. Hell! I'm sure he will. :)

You sure do have a lot going on - I hope things will slow down soon and that you'll have more time for yourself and your reading. It's my addiction as well. :) Just like you, I read in the evening.

I didn't know mickiebg had written some books. That's wonderful! Do you have any info on where I can get them?

Maybe that mouse found himself a little she-mouse, or perhaps even a he-mouse *g*, and they have run off to be together... far, far away from your house, of course *g*.
